Terms of Purchase

These terms explain what to review when buying products and where to find help after an order is placed. The product page, cart, checkout, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy provide the details relevant to a particular purchase.

Choosing products

Check the item name, description, images, available options, and quantity before adding a product to the cart. Where a product offers size, color, or another choice, make sure the selected option is the one you want. If anything about a product is unclear, use the Contact Us page before completing checkout.

Reviewing an order

Review the items, options, quantities, delivery details, and amount shown during checkout before submitting the order. Product prices are displayed in USD. Accurate recipient and address information helps the order move through the delivery process. If you find an error after submitting an order, contact us through the Contact Us page and include the order number and the correction requested.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within 1-3 days. Estimated delivery is 6-12 days. These delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Shipping is free on every product, and there is no minimum order amount. We cover customs duties and import charges associated with delivery, so customers do not have to pay additional delivery charges. Returns and refunds

A 60-day return window is available. Refunds are generally completed in 5-10 days. To ask about a return or refund, use the Contact Us page and provide the order number, the product involved, and a short explanation of the request. If an item arrives with an issue, an order appears incomplete, or you receive a request for an unexpected delivery or customs payment, contact us through the Contact Us page. We will review the information you provide and explain the next steps. Please do not send payment credentials or other sensitive details that are not needed to identify the order and understand the question.
